RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Because all of our products at WYRA are made to order specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you ordered the wrong size. We strongly encourage you to review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS We are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a free replacement or a refund for you.

LOST IN TRANSIT For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
