INTERRUPTING THE AUTOPILOT. The Reengineering of My Own Life

For decades, I lived on autopilot. My personal decisions and behaviors were often driven by my subconscious, strictly fulfilling its firm purpose: "To protect me." The problem is that this protection kept me living in "Survival Mode" without me even realizing it.

Before continuing, I want to clarify something important: I am not a healthcare professional, a psychologist, or a therapist. I am an Industrial Engineer. I am a normal, ordinary person who one day decided to question and change the reality I found myself in, driven by the steering of that autopilot.

What I am transmitting to you through Wear Your Right Action (WYRA) is part of my own personal transformation process. It is the fundamental pillar to start making a change within ourselves. What I share with you here does not come from theory, but from hard work in the field; in the terrain where realities are forged and where things are made to happen.

I will be frank with you: sometimes that hard work is done with drive and motivation, and other times with no desire to do anything at all. Times when you want to throw in the towel and settle for a conformist and comfortable life, thinking, "this is just how life is, and this is what we got."

But let me tell you one thing: it is worth it. Every effort, every step, every change, and every stair climbed in the right direction is worth it to leave behind subconscious dependence and become the conscious leader of your life. The commitment to ourselves to transform who we are is the best investment we can make.

To many people, these words will make no sense. They will say: "I am an adult, responsible and committed to myself," and that is completely fine. But for many others, I hope these words and WYRA serve as a guiding light.

WYRA is born exactly as a product of that transformation. I want to share my experience with you and how I applied the commands to discern the right action. I hope to contribute a grain of sand to your own processes so that you can take command and become your best version.

At WYRA, I want to communicate with you from the tangible, so you can appreciate that it is real and that it can indeed be touched and molded. It is time to leave behind that intangible, gaseous, and vaporous dialogue or information that we don't know how to grasp or apply. To generate an honest and sincere change, it must be done with resources that show us things in a tangible way.

Remember: This is not about motivation; it is about direction. Motivation runs out when you are tired; direction keeps you on the right path with the levers and support points that sincerely contribute to your well-being.
